Having owned and managed multiple businesses across a range of industries, Sandy offers a rare combination of commercial insight and practical leadership. She is also a long-term property investor of over 30 years, giving her a deep understanding of property from an owner’s perspective and an invaluable strategic lens when supporting the business and its clients.

A natural problem solver and skilled negotiator, Sandy is known for her calm, solutions-focused approach and her ability to bring clarity to complex situations. In her guidance role, she works closely with the team to strengthen systems, support growth, and ensure the day-to-day operations of SOLD run seamlessly.

Sandy’s dedication to excellence has been recognised at both state and national level, including being awarded Queensland and National FCA Franchise Woman of the Year in 2016.
