About the event

Our Get Set for Work program supports young people aged 15-19 that have disengaged from school and are unsure of their next steps. It is a transitional program, that supports participants to get job ready and plan for what to do next, whether it’s further study or into the workforce. Young people get one-one-one case management support, while completing a Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways.

BABI’s first priority is to help young people stay connected with family and community. BABI achieves this by working alongside young people and their families.

BABI help young people identify their goals and strengths, give them the tools to plan for the future, assist them in accessing resources, and provide targeted support to help them achieve their goals. Over the years BABI has built on real expertise in developing young peoples’ skills and resilience so they can move forward with confidence. BABI focuses on strengths, not barriers.
