As we continue to grow in 2026, we’re looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our award-winning Parts Department and play a key role in supporting our busy workshops, retail & wholesale operations, and loyal customer base.
🔧 What You’ll Do
Source, interpret, and supply parts for multiple leading brands
Manage back-orders, inventory accuracy, and stock control
Pick, pack, and process orders efficiently
Support both wholesale and retail counter sales (in person & over the phone)
Collaborate with technicians, service advisors, and other departments
Maintain a professional, organised, and customer-friendly environment
✅ What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in an Automotive Parts Interpreter role
Knowledge of Pentana ERA (highly regarded but not essential)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
A positive, proactive team player with attention to detail
Passion for all things automotive
