Are you an experienced Automotive Business Manager ready to take the next step in a high-performing dealership?
Bartons Capalaba and Wynnum are seeking driven and results-focused Business Managers (F&I) to join our busy, multi-franchise sites. This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a strong-performing dealership with high vehicle volume, established lender relationships, and a supportive leadership team.
About the Role
As an experienced Business Manager, you will play a critical role in driving dealership profitability while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Working closely with the Sales team, you will:
Present and structure tailored finance and insurance solutions
Secure approvals and manage relationships with key lenders
Maximise F&I penetration and dealership gross
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and responsible lending requirements
Deliver a seamless, professional customer experience from handover to settlement
Support and influence the Sales team to drive overall performance
This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where strong structure, consistency and closing ability are essential.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience as an Automotive Business Manager / F&I Manager
Strong lender relationships and deal structuring capability
A consistent track record of achieving penetration and income targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High attention to compliance and documentation standards
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
A team-first mindset with leadership influence
