Cleveland’s bayside is poised for a significant transformation with the arrival of Haven, a new residential project that, according to its developer, will introduce a new level of sophistication and amenity to the Redlands market. Conceived as an elevated lifestyle offering, Haven has been designed to blend coastal calm with resort-style living, positioning it as a premium addition to Cleveland’s evolving residential landscape.

The development has been thoughtfully designed to embrace Cleveland’s natural bayside setting. Haven is being delivered by CS Development Group, a privately owned Queensland builder and developer with more than 20 years of experience delivering residential projects across Greater Brisbane. The group’s portfolio includes developments in inner-city locations such as Toowong, Ashgrove, Stones Corner, and Greenslopes, as well as previous bayside projects in Cleveland.

CS Development Group is known for its focus on design quality, detailed execution, and sustainability-led outcomes, principles that the company says have informed Haven’s design from its earliest stages.
