RE/MAX Advantage won the title of ‘Most Productive’ for its performance through 2024, which was announced at RE/MAX Australia’s gala annual awards event held on 20th February at The Star Brisbane.

The award recognises the most effective team in generating business over 12 months as determined by the average gross commission per sales associate in the office and was a repeat of the previous year’s accomplishment.

Also announced each February, the RE/MAX Australia Club Awards recognise the preparation, effort, performance and commitment essential to real estate success. Broker owner Travis Gill and his teammate, Liza Martinez, were awarded Diamond Club status for their achievements in 2024. Sales associate Jan Mahon entered the Gold Club.

RE/MAX Australia acknowledged operations manager Lorraine Carter’s 10 years of continuous service at the real estate network’s gala event.

Joel Davoren, Managing Director of RE/MAX Australia, said the network’s most successful offices in 2024 shared one thing: business practices guided by overarching principles of strong, trust-based relationship management.

“Everyone in the team works together as partners while building rapport, earning loyalty and establishing mutual trust with their clients, and this was never more vital than in recent years.

“RE/MAX was founded 52 years ago with an innovative, entrepreneurial culture that gives its agents and franchisees the flexibility to operate their businesses with great independence,” he said. “The strength of the RE/MAX brand in Australia is a testament to the seriousness we place on having the best people in our offices, people like Travis and his team, as well as the RE/MAX business model.”

Mr Davoren said real estate customers could be confident they were dealing with the industry’s best when they dealt with the Wynnum-Manly-based RE/MAX Advantage teams.

“I’m proud of my team and very pleased to be recognised
for our skills, enthusiasm and dedication,” said Mr Gill,
