The Pathways Support Services team is driven by the desire to assist NDIS participants to overcome the challenges faced when trying to find somewhere safe to live, where they can receive the highest standard of care and support. We are committed to enhancing the lives of people with an intellectual, physical or psychiatric disability, knowing it takes understanding, compassion and dedication to care for and support people with a disability and their families.
Pathways Support Services is a team of experienced professionals, who genuinely care about the clients we are privileged to support. We are committed to making genuine connections with our clients in delivering personalised services in a safe, family-like, environment that is their home.
“Our vision is to support clients with a disability to live independently in home environments where they are genuinely cared for by a supportive network of professionals that celebrate their achievements and development.
“We believe everyone deserves to live in a happy and harmonious environment; to feel safe, comfortable and secure; to be in charge of their own lives and make their own choices. We believe people with a disability have the right to be valued as individuals and access services in a non-discriminatory way.”
