About Pathways Support Services
Pathways Support Services provides flexible Supported Independent Living (SIL) for those with a disability (individual and family services).
As a registered NDIS provider, Pathways Support Services provides caring disability services to assist clients to live more rewarding lives while developing important life skills to build individual capacity and engage with their community. Pathways provides full-time supported residential care and on-demand in-home care to enable NDIS participants to live with greater independence.
For those with loved ones who face the sometimes challenging lifestyle of living with a disability, there’s nothing more important than finding a caring and personalised disability service provider.
The Pathways Support Services team is driven by the desire to assist NDIS participants to overcome the challenges faced when trying to find somewhere safe to live, where they can receive the highest standard of care and support. We are committed to enhancing the lives of people with an intellectual, physical or psychiatric disability, knowing it takes understanding, compassion and dedication to care for and support people with a disability and their families.
