About the host
Established in 1904, our not-for-profit club provides direct access to the beautiful waters of Moreton Bay for all off-the-beach sailing classes and provides significant physical and mental health benefits to our community of members, volunteers & visitors as well as developing and honing their sailing and racing skills.

As well as hosting the iconic Peel Island Marathon open to all sailing classes around Easter each year, we race every Sunday from around September to April (Summer Season) and around every second Sunday from around May to August with short breaks between seasons and over Christmas. Additionally, we provide individualised training for aspiring youth and adult sailors in our 2-3 person dinghys as well as opportunities to progress onto high performance racing catamarans.
