This bootcamp is exactly what you need in order to push through to the next level of business branding.
You know your business is good at what it does. But does your brand give people that same impression?
As your business grows, your experience, services and reputation often evolve faster than your branding. The result can be a gap between the level you’re operating at and how your business is perceived.
Perhaps everything looks fine individually, but together it doesn’t quite add up.
In this practical three-hour workshop, Brand Guardian Kathryn Steinhardt will help you step back and see your business through the eyes of your customers.
You’ll examine the key touchpoints shaping trust in your business, including your website, social media, messaging, proposals and customer communications.
During the workshop, you’ll:
• Identify where your brand is building trust and where it may be creating doubt
• Clarify how you want your business to be known
• Pinpoint the gaps between your reputation and how your brand currently appears
• Decide what needs attention now, what can wait and what’s already working well
• Create practical priorities you can act on straight away
You’ll leave knowing what may be weakening your credibility, what to fix first and how to make your brand better reflect the quality of your business.
You’ll also receive a workbook to guide you through the session and capture your next steps.
