Join us on Saturday, 22nd August at Qi Flow Studio, Wynnum, for a special community fundraising event supporting HeartKids Australia.

Come along, join a class, bring your family and help us raise vital funds and awareness for children living with heart conditions and their families.

About the host
Qi Flow Studio in Wynnum is a boutique fitness and wellness space.

Located at Level 1, 96-100 Florence Street, Wynnum, QLD, it is owned by local operators Darren and Maggie.

Classes and Offerings
Aerial Classes: Aerial Flow and unique Bayside aerial fitness options.

Boxing and box-fit
And Strength and Fitness and performance training

Yoga & Mind-Body: Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and

Breathwork Meditation.

Pilates & Strength: Regular Pilates, Cardio Pilates, and strength conditioning

Focused heavily on adults 40+ and peri/post-menopause training and men’s mental health.

General Studio Hours: Monday to Thursday 5:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Friday 5:30 AM – 6:30 PM, and Saturday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Closed Sundays).
