Dive into a night of tantalizing tapas and thrilling trivia at the Trivia and Tapas Night Fundraiser, hosted at the vibrant Barcella Restaurant, Lakeside, Victoria Point. It’s not just a test of knowledge, but a feast for the senses, all in support of a great cause.

Ticket Information:
– Price: $35.00 per ticket.

Supporting Fun Farm:
– For each ticket sold, $10 is proudly donated to Fun Farm, contributing to their invaluable efforts in sustainable farming and community nourishment. We extend our gratitude to Barcella for facilitating this generous contribution.

About the host
Fun Farm was initially the brainchild of Karen Howe, whose son Dylan lives with disability.

As Dylan grew into his late teens and left school, Karen realised that there just wasn’t much around in the Redlands offering activities, connection and support for teenagers and young adults with disabilities. Karen also realised that families and carers of those living with disability would also benefit from being part of a community of like-minded people, sharing resources and celebrating wins.

Karen decided it was time for action, and Fun Farm was registered as a not-for-profit organisation in 2019. With a dedicated team of directors on board, the vision is for Fun Farm to become the go-to place for activities and experiences to build capacity and connections for people with disability, their families and carers.

The Fun Farm Ltd is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not for Profits Commission (ACNC) and is registered Charity under the Collections Act (Qld) 1966. The Fun Farm offers a range of fun activities and experiences on a monthly basis for people with disAbilities to promote friendships and connections with peers similar in age. Fun activities and recreational programs, or a fun afternoon out which gives participants and their family a chance to connect, make new friends in a supportive environment. We don’t have the Farm yet, however that is the vision of Fun Farm.
