About You
You’re a confident and customer-focused finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
You bring:
Strong F&I product knowledge and proven sales ability (preferred)
Automotive industry experience (a strong advantage)
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A detail-oriented, organised and ethical approach to work
Drive, integrity, and a genuine passion for exceeding customer expectations
No experience? No problem. If you have the right attitude, we’ll train you to become a successful Business Manager.

Your Role
As a key member of our dealership team, you will:
Present tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers
Process finance and leasing deals with accuracy and compliance
Secure approvals and maintain strong relationships with lenders
Educate and support the sales team on current finance programs
Build trust with customers by delivering a seamless end-to-end experience
