A visit to Cambridge Parade and surrounds is sure to get you into the Christmas spirit, with business owners adorning their shopfronts with thousands of twinkling lights. They’re competing for some great prizes in the business category of the Manly Harbour Christmas Lights competition. There’s also a homeowner category, and a boat owner category, with the first prize in each category valued at over $1500!
It all kicks off at 3pm on Saturday, December 3, with Christmas Carols, a Christmas movie screening, lots of fun and activities, and maybe even a visit from the ‘Big Red Man’ himself in Little Bayside Park. A Santa photo booth will be set up for families to capture memories during the event.
The fun doesn’t stop there – what better way to see Manly Harbour Village and all the twinkling lights than by a night cruise? Harbour cruises will sail throughout December, with a $15 Village Voucher included in the ticket price to spend at participating traders throughout December and January.
Mark your diary for December 3 and set aside the afternoon/evening to kick off your Christmas festivities, or add Manly Harbour Village to your night-time Christmas lights tours with your kids, grandchildren, neighbours and friends.
