Welcome to the neighbourhood 191 Stratton Terrace! - The Community Leader and Real Estate New and Views

BY CATH COOK, PRECINCT COORDINATOR, MANLY HARBOUR VILLAGE

Manly Harbour Village is buzzing with excitement as the newest residential address, 191 Stratton Terrace, nears completion. This new addition to our bayside neighbourhood brings fresh energy to the village and adds to the unique charm that makes Manly such a special place to live.

The Manly Harbour Village Chamber of Commerce was thrilled to extend a warm welcome to our new neighbours with a gift pack full of local goodness, generously donated by some of our amazing traders. These thoughtful bundles were received by Tony Dwyer of DeMartini Fletcher Property, who will be distributing them to residents when they settle into their new homes.

We were lucky enough to have a peek inside and loved seeing how the spaces have come together. It’s always exciting to see new places take shape in the village, especially when they reflect the character and pace of life that locals know and love.

Even more exciting news: two new food retailers will be opening underneath the apartments! While we can’t reveal the names just yet, we promise it’ll be worth the wait.

We look forward to meeting our newest locals and seeing them out and about enjoying all that Manly Harbour Village has to offer!

A heartfelt thank you to the incredible local businesses who contributed to the welcome packs, including:
