Manly Harbour Village Seafood Showcase a Success
Manly Harbour Village celebrated its seafood heritage on Sunday, 2 August, with the inaugural Seafood Showcase.
The event brought together local seafood producers, fishers, aquaculture businesses, chefs and hospitality venues, giving visitors the chance to sample quality Australian seafood and meet the people behind the produce.
Visitors also explored the Manly Harbour Village Food Trail, with local restaurants featuring special seafood dishes, from freshly shucked oysters and Moreton Bay seafood to more unusual offerings such as wild scampi caviar.
The showcase highlighted the quality and sustainability of Australia’s seafood industry while supporting local businesses and celebrating Manly’s coastal identity. Organisers hope the event will become a signature annual food festival for the village.
Twilight On Cambridge
Twilight on Cambridge is on the second Friday of each month.
The next event is on Friday 11 September from 5pm.
Movies in the Park
Gather your family and friends for a relaxed evening of free outdoor entertainment at Little Bayside Park.
Bring along a picnic rug, get comfortable under the stars and enjoy a fun night out in the park. The screenings will be a great opportunity to enjoy a family-friendly movie in the fresh air and soak up the community atmosphere.
The next two special movie nights coming up are on Saturday 5 September and Saturday 3 October.
A variety of food trucks will be on site, or you can grab takeaway from a local trader. Bring the family and enjoy a movie night under the stars in Manly.
