FROM WYNNUM WEST STATE SCHOOL
Congratulations to the newly appointed Wynnum West State School Captains who were welcomed into their new positions at the end of last year ready for the start of 2022.
After a long wait, COVID restrictions were finally lifted and parents and carers of school leaders were invited to a formal parade and morning tea to celebrate their accomplishments. Every leader brings unique skills to the role and we look forward to them leading our school this year.
Leaders are expected to uphold the school rules and values of Faith, Honesty and Truth. Together they have pledged that they will conduct themselves as respectable community members and commit to being reliable ambassadors for the school. Congratulations to School Captains, Carlos and Yu, and Vice Captains, Reese and Harmony, and to all our other captains who will lead the school this year.
