FROM FIELDERS CLUB

Fielders Club’s annual Family Fun Day, held in August, brought joy to the local community with a day full of exciting activities and heartfelt giving.

The event, hosted in collaboration with Wynnum Manly Workers Junior and Seniors Social Clubs, offered a wide array of free activities enjoyed by people of all ages.

But the day wasn’t just about fun and games. Fielders Club and the Wynnum Manly Workers Junior and Seniors Social Clubs used the event as an opportunity to give back to the community, raising an impressive $3,000 for the Leukaemia Support Foundation. This foundation plays a critical role in providing comprehensive support to those living with blood cancer, as well as their families and carers. The funds raised will help offer essential services including accommodation, transport, and emotional and practical support for those affected by this challenging illness.

This year marks the third consecutive year that the Social Clubs have raised money for the Leukaemia Support Foundation, showcasing their ongoing commitment to making a difference.
