Chicks in pink are changing the tide of cancer treatments - The Community Leader and Real Estate New and Views

In a mammoth display of community unity, the Cleveland Point Lighthouse will be awash with pink this month as the starting point for the Mater Chicks in Pink Fun Run.

It’s your chance to set your alarm early on Sunday, March 10, and hit the pavement to raise money for the Mater’s breast cancer research.

Fuelled by the dedication of local volunteers from the Redlands Volunteer Branch of Cancer Council QLD, the Cleveland event stands as a beacon of support for those battling cancer among our friends, family, and neighbours.

And whether you walk or run, you’ll be helping fund cancer-crushing research and programs that directly benefit patients with breast cancer.

Discover how you can join the festivities and contribute to the cause on page 3. Let’s make this year’s fun run the biggest yet!
