The Bonner update - The Community Leader and Real Estate New and Views

Time To Get Creative!

It was a pleasure to catch up with Deb and Sue from the Wynnum Manly Arts Council recently and to show them my beautiful Australian Made Beale Piano that I purchased to help preserve Australian history and prevent it from going to landfill. Crafted in Sydney out of Australian Walnut 1907, this piano highlights the incredible artistry and skills that are synonymous with Australian Made products.

But back to the stars of the show, the Wynnum Manly Arts Council! This fantastic community group is run by talented and hardworking local volunteers. Whether you have a passion for painting, sewing, dance or are just wanting to explore the creative arts, the Wynnum Manly Arts Council will have something for you.

It is also exciting to hear that the popular ‘Steampunk’ event has grown to include Cosplay! Make sure you save the date, Saturday
the 26th of August 2023!

Have your voice heard!

I want to hear from you! As your local Federal Member for Bonner, I will always fight for the issues that matter to you, including investing in roads and infrastructure, improving our local environment and advocating for small business.

But the best way I can represent you in Canberra is through your feedback. That is why I am asking you to complete the Bonner’s Biggest Survey. Through your feedback, I can better represent your issues and concerns in Parliament.

One lucky constituent will also be drawn at random from surveys completed before the 1st of May 2023 to receive a Coles Shopping Gift Card.
Scan the QR Code, or head over to to fill out the survey.

Thank you for taking the time to fill out the Bonner’s Biggest Survey!

It was great to catch up with the new President of the Bayside United Football Club, Andrew Dale. Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, which will no doubt see the club soar to new heights in the 2023 season! I am looking forward to working with Andrew to continue supporting the club and players.

This year, the Bayside United FC are continuing to push for greater participation of female athletes in the sport. Which is absolutely fantastic to see! With the 2032 Olympics set to hit Brisbane, now is the perfect time for women to get involved in soccer. If you are interested it getting involved with this great local soccer club, over to their Facebook page or visit

Make sure you also keep an eye out on their Facebook page for exciting upcoming events, including a cooking showdown and dance off between myself and Andrew.

Thank you to all the outgoing committee members for your incredible contribution to the club and community over the years, and congratulations to new members!
