FROM THE WATERLOO BAY LEISURE CENTRE VOLUNTEERS
After a few weeks of R & R for our volunteers, Waterloo Bay Leisure Centre is back and running for 2024. February is traditionally a quiet month as we ease ourselves back into the swing of things.
Two upcoming events that are worthy of your consideration are our Community Concerts. We have been providing affordable entertainment to the public for 45 years and have booked more concerts starring our more popular entertainers this year, such as Terry Scott, Ian Maurice, June Lawson, Lachlan Wallace and Robbie Rosenlund (formerly of Wickety Wak).
The February concerts feature the very popular Redlands Country Music on Tuesday, February 13th, and Robbie Dunn on Tuesday, February 27th. Concerts start at 9:30am, and the $10 admission fee includes morning tea and lucky door prizes. You can also purchase a delicious two-course lunch for an additional $10.
