Sunday, 24th August 2025 marks the return of one of Queensland’s favourite car events, Corvettes on the Bay, held along the picturesque Manly Esplanade.
Hosted by the Queensland Corvette Club, this revved-up annual event celebrates the legacy of the iconic American Corvette. From vintage classics to the latest high-performance models, the show brings together 40 to 70 Corvettes from across Queensland for a stunning display of motoring history and style.
While Corvettes are the headline act, the event also welcomes a variety of Mustangs, Pontiacs, Hot Rods, and other classic cars, making it a must-see for motoring enthusiasts and casual visitors alike.
But this is more than just a car show. Proceeds support Camp Quality and Rosies – Friends on the Street, helping children and people in need. Public entry is free, making it a great day out for all ages.
Families can enjoy a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with food trucks, coffee and ice cream vendors, and merchandise stalls. A special visit from Bluey will bring smiles to younger attendees, helping promote Camp Quality’s incredible work.
Vehicle owners are invited to register their cars for judging or display, with a range of trophies on offer. New for 2025 is a children’s category, giving young car lovers a chance to enter their own toy or model car for just $5.
