Wynnum Manly’s annual jazz festival is back with an exciting program of live acts, coinciding with Father’s Day on September 1.
Staged at Bandstand Park, Wynnum, this free music festival promises fun for the whole family, thanks to the sponsorship from Brisbane City Council.
Food trucks will be on-site to cater to various tastes, and amusements and activities will be available to entertain the kids.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
It’s going to be a fun day of live jazz from a variety of musicians and bands, so you may want to bring a camp chair or a picnic rug to sit on. Some cover is provided, but you can bring your own and set up in the park. Please note: no glass in the park.
ENTERTAINMENT
The free entertainment will commence at 10:45am and will feature the following artists: The Moreton Bay Colleges Big Bands, Royal Australian Navy Band, The WellSwung Daddies, The Session Band and Dezzie D & The Stingrayz. A diverse program will cater to all tastes, concluding at 5.00pm. Our fathers are very special to us, and this is an excellent way to spoil them in such a beautiful location!
