We’re excited to bring you our first edition of The Community Leader for 2026. This year, we’re looking forward to showcasing everything that’s good in the Redlands, starting with some fun events this month.

If you love shiny things, check the article, where you’ll find all the details about Bayside Vehicle Restorer’s Australia Day meet-up at Ormiston. There will be an incredible display of classic and vintage cars for everyone to drool over. Kudos to the dedicated vehicle owners who put in the time and effort to preserve these magnificent machines.

If you’re keen to expand your mind and social connections, Redlands’ University of the Third Age has an open day on January 16. See the article for more info. And if you’d like to belt out a tune with others who love to sing, now’s the time to sign up for Jonathon Welch’s Rock Choir – no audition required! (read the article).

We’re also thrilled to bring you another year of stories highlighting the talented people in our community, like Cor Marcus, a machinery wizard! Read all about his talents and creations here.

Thanks to everyone who continues to send us their good news stories – we love celebrating your wins as a community!
