This November, Wynnum Fringe returns as Australia’s latest and greatest performing arts hub. With a smorgasbord of free and ticketed events, we are set to shine a spotlight on the bayside!
Brisbane’s home of Fringe returns for its biggest party yet! We are ready to feed your soul, tickle your fancy and delight your senses with THREE MASSIVE WEEKS of arts and entertainment on the shores of Moreton Bay, solidifying the bayside as a global arts destination for locals and travellers.
Hundreds of interstate and Queensland artists and entertainers will converge on George Clayton Park on the Esplanade, taking centre stage as this year’s festival hub – the Wynnum Fringe Garden. Come on down and enjoy free outdoor entertainment, bars, food trucks, projections and wonderful shows, right in the heart of Brisbane’s beautiful bayside!
Bigger and bolder than before, plenty more will be revealed for the Wynnum Fringe Garden, and all other local venues, in the full Wynnum Fringe program to be released in early October.
Wynnum Fringe celebrates the best in contemporary, independent and alternative arts and entertainment and is expected to attract more than 35,000 people over the 19-day event from 16 November to 4 December 2022.
The three-week arts, entertainment and cultural extravaganza spans a dazzling array of performance genres including music, dance, comedy, theatre, cabaret and circus. Mix that in with some glorious local restaurants and you’ve got yourself a perfect end to the year!
