In this busy world, it’s important to have some simple strategies to use whenever you want to relieve tension and distract your mind from your worries. Doodling, patterning, and colouring are perfect ways for adults (and kids) to quickly and quietly reset their mood, so in support of QLD Mental Health Week, I’m offering a 90-minute session so you can learn a new skill and recharge your batteries, all at the same time.

Join me, Natalie Lynch, in my Manly West studio for a guided session to learn simple techniques so you can benefit from this creative hobby. This event is designed to be soothing and enlightening as I help you get into a flow state and enjoy yourself. I will help to put your mind at ease as you discover you don’t need any ‘talent’ to use art as your therapy. All materials are supplied, or BYO your own colouring pencils or felt pens to use during the event. Plus, stick around for Q&A at the end. RSVP now by sending your contact details to [email protected].

This event is free, and numbers are limited to 10 people, but please consider sharing this invitation. You never know who in your community needs a creative outlet to help nurture their health and well-being.
