Name: My name is Ayla, and I am 13 years old.
Where do you live? I originally lived at the RSPCA, until I was rescued by my new ‘forever family’ as a gift for Hunter Hayes on his first birthday. We now all live at Thornlands.
How long have you lived there? Two years in Thornlands, but I have lived all over the Redlands, including Ormiston, Birkdale and Cleveland.
What’s your favourite daily activity? I have many interesting activities I love to do every day, including lounging in the sun, exploring the local drains, and of course, visiting my neighbours (I even befriended the neighbour’s Staffy and used to visit him every day), although Mum gets cranky at me if I wander out of our yard!
What is your most treasured toy? My mum. Whenever Mum attempts to sit down and a lap is created, I am immediately upon it, be it on the lounge, at the dinner table, on the floor, as she sits on the side of her bed, on the back patio – anywhere!
What is your favourite food? Friskies Meaty Cat Biscuits – yes, I will ONLY eat Friskies (I know what I like). This is not a paid commercial.
What’s your worst habit? I personally don’t think I have any bad habits as I am a perfect princess, but Mum would likely say that my worst habit is thinking I am a dog and needing to act as a security guard. I have discovered that the best way to score food is to hang around humans, especially during a BBQ!
What is your favourite place? Definitely on my mum’s lap or her shoulder, or her face, or her back or laying across her foot – oh, and on my own sun lounger in the front room at home.
Who is your best friend? My mum (and I guess my younger brother Jax, too).
