The Wynnum Manly Seagulls Juniors’ season is back and better than ever, with record numbers of players registering at the club. As the club gears up for another exciting year of rugby league, we have some key dates for people to know and would love to see the community out in full support.

Starting with trials against Burleigh from the 3rd to the 5th of March at Kitchener Park, this will be the first opportunity to watch our juniors take the field in 2023. It’s sure to be an exciting event, so mark your calendars and come out to support the next generation of rugby league stars.

But it’s not just the juniors getting in on the action. The big boys will also be kicking off their season this month, rolling out in Under 20s, BRL reserve grade and BRL A grade. Our BRL A Grade team were grand finalists in 2022 and will look to go one better in 2023. Coach Jason Harris is excited about the year ahead, with some exciting signings and expects them to produce top-class footy. It’s been a long, tough pre-season, and the squad is ready to go.

This year will be a huge one for the club, with many age groups out to defend their titles. Get down to Kitchener Park and support the Gulls! If you’re going to be a bird, be a seagull!
