FROM THE BAYSIDE COMMUNITY FUND (BCF)
The Bayside Community Fund (BCF) is thrilled to introduce the Bayside Business and Community Awards 2023 to celebrate and profile local businesses and employees.
Baysiders will be able to make nominations through the BCF website during the month of September.
Finalists in each category will be released in October and voting will commence through the BCF website. The Awards will be announced at a gala dinner on Thursday November 9.
Best Small Business Award Categories
- Best Trade Business (includes plumbers, builders, electricians etc.)
- Best Beauty, Health, Wellbeing & Fitness Business (includes beauty and hairdressing,
care agencies, adjunct health services etc.) - Best Professional Services Business (lawyers, medical practitioners, and allied health etc.)
- Best Real Estate Agency Business
- Best E-commerce Business
- Best Industrial Business (includes logistics, boat building, warehousing etc.)
- Best Hospitality Business
- Best Retail Business

The Bayside Community Fund (BCF) is a not-for-profit charity established as a sub-fund of the Queensland Community Foundation and run entirely by a volunteer management committee of local residents. The BCF raises revenue through events and donations, invests the capital with the Queensland Investment Corporation, and uses the interest earned to run a grant program for the benefit of bayside residents. It is a perpetual fund, with the capital remaining invested in perpetuity leaving a lasting legacy for the bayside.
