Meditation is a time-tested practice with many benefits. Meditation promotes calmness of mind and increased clarity as well as relieving stress and anxiety. It’s quite amazing that something so simple can bring about profound results!

Join us for a weekly meditation check-in. We have created a cosy, inviting space in the heart of Wynnum to help our community de-stress and rejuvenate. Forget about what you think meditation is – it is not sitting silently trying to still your mind. We will teach you simple, enjoyable practices you can add to your life. We promise you will leave feeling lighter, calmer and truly nourished within and wondering why you left it so long!

The Wynnum/Manly Meditation Circle is offered twice weekly.

Location: Branches Community Hub, 29 Fox Street, Wynnum (Corner of Wilde Street).

Your facilitators:

Tuesdays 6:45-7:45pm: Breath work, personal meditation and group meditation. Hosted by Madana and Gaura Lila.

Thursdays 7:30-8.30pm: Join John and Nitai for a simple and guided group meditation.

Wynnum/Manly Meditation Circle follows Queensland Covid-safe practices, and the circle is run by donation.
