Join Wynnum 60 and Better for an unforgettable International Women’s Day celebration on Thursday, 6 March 2025. Embracing the theme March Forward: for All Women and Girls, this uplifting afternoon combines inspiration, wellbeing, and connection.
Kicking off at 12:15pm with a light lunch, the event features a powerhouse mother-daughter duo, Amanda and Satya Lynn. Amanda, an Ayurvedic yoga teacher, and Satya, a radiant yoga spirit, will guide guests through an enriching experience designed to refresh and inspire.
Guest speakers include Janine Baldwin, Family Dispute Mediator and Solicitor, and Allie Forster, Local Counsellor and Community Chaplain, offering valuable insights into resilience and empowerment. A guided meditation session and open discussion provide space for reflection before everyone gets moving with an energising dance session to wrap up on a high note.
