A registered NDIS service provider, Pathways offer full-time and flexible Supported Independent Living, to enable those who live with a disability greater independence in their homes. This support is available to participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) who have Supported Independent Living (SIL) as a funded support in their NDIS plan.
Pathways have a range of Supported Living clients living in houses across south-east Queensland from the Sunshine Coast and Forest Lake north of Brisbane to Beenleigh and Labrador in the Gold Coast region.
Now located in Brisbane’s bayside suburb of Manly, in the Harbour Village precinct, the passionate Pathways team have a vision to support clients to live independently in their homes where they are genuinely cared for by professional support workers.
Pathway’s experienced and dedicated disability support workers are responsible for providing support that increases the client’s life skills and independence, so they can actively participate in the community and achieve their goals.
