As 2026 has arrived, Here’s to Life is proud to unveil an exciting and inclusive program of movement, music, and creativity, designed for adults of all abilities and experience levels.
This year brings the introduction of several new classes, including the ever-popular Line Dancing, a gentle and low-impact Barre Ballet class, as well as Lyrical Dance, and Classical Ballet. These additions reflect a growing interest in expressive movement, balance, and wellbeing, while remaining accessible and welcoming.
Alongside these new offerings, participants can continue to enjoy Here’s to Life’s award-winning programs, including Jazz, Tap, Singing, Djembe Drumming, and the long-standing favourite Buff Bones®, which continues to support strength, mobility, and confidence through movement.
A core part of Here’s to Life’s philosophy is accessibility. Classes are casual, with no term payments required, allowing people to attend in a way that suits their lifestyle. Every class is offered with a free trial, encouraging newcomers to explore and find what feels right for them.
Here’s to Life also remains deeply committed to inclusion, offering dedicated classes for adults living with disability. These programs continue to grow and now include Line Dancing, Singing, Dancercise, DrumBeatz, and Art and Craft, providing creative, social, and physical opportunities in a supportive environment.
