Mark your calendars for Friday, October 18, as Lota State School P&C Association gets ready to welcome the community to its much-anticipated annual fete. Packed with entertainment, activities, and delicious food, this event promises to be one of the highlights of the year.
The school grounds will be buzzing with excitement, offering something for every age. Adventure lovers can scale the climbing wall or jump into the action with laser tag, while younger children will enjoy the bouncing obstacle castles, tea cup rides, and the always-popular petting zoo. Families can also wander through sideshow alley, where, carnival games, and plenty of prizes await.
The main stage will run all day with a fantastic lineup of local talent, including live music, dance performances, and more. It’s the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy the atmosphere while celebrating the skills of our community performers.
Of course, no fete would be complete without food! From sizzling BBQ, delicious hot food and home-baked treats to refreshing drinks, there will be plenty of options to keep everyone fuelled throughout the day.
Entry is free, and all funds raised will directly support Lota State School. Ride bands can be purchased ahead of time or on the day.
