Pickleball is a fantastic opportunity to try something new and have fun!
Pickleball is a popular and enjoyable sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong, and Redlands Pickleball Club is offering a free first session for those who mention this article.
To participate in the session, you’ll need to book a spot by calling Ron at 0417 152 133. The sessions take place every Friday morning from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at 373 Birkdale Rd, Wellington Pt, on the tennis courts behind the community hall.
When attending the session, it’s important to wear comfortable athletic clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor activity. Since it’s an outdoor sport, it’s recommended to bring a hat, water bottle, and sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun.
The club will provide paddles and balls for the session, but if you have your own equipment, feel free to bring it along. The coordinators at the club will provide an introduction and instruction, guiding you through the rules and techniques of pickleball.
Once the instruction is over, you’ll have the opportunity to play pickleball with others. This is a great chance to enjoy the game, make new friends, and have a wonderful time.
Pickleball is known for its friendly and inclusive nature, making it suitable for people of all ages and skill levels. So even if you’re new to the game, don’t hesitate to give it a try!
