Residents from across the bayside region are invited to explore new career pathways, training opportunities, and employment prospects at the Community Careers Expo, to be held on Monday, 10 August 2026.
The free community event will be held from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Wynnum RSL, 174 Tingal Road, Wynnum, and everyone is welcome.
The Careers Expo is designed to bring together employers, training organisations, and job seekers in one convenient location and aims to support people at every stage of their employment journey. Whether you are a school leaver taking your first steps into the workforce, a Veteran transitioning to civilian employment, a person returning to work, or an individual seeking a career change, the expo offers a valuable opportunity to connect with organisations that can help shape your future.
Attendees will have the chance to meet representatives from a range of industries, learn about available jobs, apprenticeships, traineeships, education and training pathways, and gain insights into emerging employment opportunities across the region.
The expo is part of Wynnum RSL’s ongoing commitment to supporting the local community by creating opportunities for personal and professional development while strengthening connections between local employers and job seekers.
